The facility is equipped with 21 advanced injection molding machines from renowned brands such as Shengbang, Zhenxiong, Guangdong Lijin, and New Concept. These machines boast a clamping force range from 60T to 1000T and are supported by a suite of highly automated auxiliary equipment, including robotic arms, peripheral granulators, automatic loaders, mixers, ovens, cooling towers, heat transfer printers, and in-mold labeling systems.

Our services encompass custom mold design and manufacturing for plastic packaging pails, injection molding production, print-ready artwork design, and matched printing services. Our products are widely used across various industries, including edible flavors and fragrances, juice sauces, pet feed, agrochemicals, water-based coatings, waterproof coatings, epoxy floor paints, ink pigment pastes, printing inks, silver pastes, adhesives, lubricating oils, and greases for the fine and specialty chemicals sectors.
