展会以“绿色油墨·多彩世界"为主题，同期举办油墨全产业链技术交流会/水墨高峰论坛等多场活动，通过交流和学习协助油墨生产企业加快推进“油改水"的进程，实现互促共进，共同推动水性油墨产业快速发展。
