Asia Printing Ink Expo 2025 Wraps Up Successfully: Green Innovation Fuels Industry Collaboration with Fruitful Outcomes

Date:2025-10-23

The three-day 2025 Grandeur Asia Ink Expo successfully concluded at Guangzhou Aerotroplis Expo Center on October 18th. Centered around the theme "Green Inks, Colorful World," this year's exhibition focused on integrated supply chain collaboration and high-quality development in the ink industry. The event achieved its three core objectives of business matchmaking, technical exchange, and ecosystem development, injecting robust momentum into the green, intelligent, and high-end transformation of Asia's printing ink sector.

Ⅰ.On-site negotiations were conducted in a vibrant atmosphere, with initial achievements already observed in business collaboration.

During the exhibition period, exhibition booths maintained consistently high traffic, with exhibitors and professional visitors engaging in intensive exchanges centered on core categories such as eco-friendly water-based inks, intelligent printing equipment, and green raw materials. Detailed discussions covered topics ranging from the substrate compatibility of water-based ink products and VOC emission levels, to color registration accuracy and operational efficiency of printing equipment, along with performance parameters and cost control of raw materials. Both parties conducted thorough needs-solution dialogues in an atmosphere marked by active inquiry.

Domestic and international professional visitors, along with multiple business associations, attended the event with a focused approach on integrated supply chain collaboration—spanning upstream raw materials, midstream manufacturing, and downstream applications. Several enterprises preliminarily reached cooperation intentions in areas such as green production upgrades and equipment technological updates. A number of buyers further arranged post-event site visits with potential exhibitors, concretely demonstrating the exhibition’s core value as a strategic platform for industry connectivity.

Ⅱ.Technology Exchange Implemented Hands-on Themes Empower the Industry

On October 16, the Asia Printing Ink Industry Development Conference held in the Conference Room of Hall 2 emerged as a pivotal platform for technical exchange. Industry veterans and enterprise representatives delved into practical themes including "Formation Mechanisms and Solutions for Ink Cratering," "Source Reduction and Alternatives for VOCs in Packaging Printing: Technologies and Policy Trends," and "Next-Generation Polyacrylate Emulsions Unlocking the Potential of Water-Based Ink Printing on Untreated Plastics." These sessions addressed three critical dimensions: resolving production challenges, navigating regulatory compliance, and applying technological innovations.

The audience actively engaged with detailed technical inquiries during Q&A sessions, while numerous enterprises pursued further discussions with speakers post-event to explore implementation specifics—effectively bridging knowledge sharing with practical needs alignment. The conference further enhanced participant experience and networking efficiency through thoughtfully arranged luncheon and tea-break interactions.

Ⅲ. Gravure Printing Demonstration with Water-Based Inks ,Visualizing and Validating Technical Performance

During the exhibition, the "Intelligent Innovation, Co-creating a Green Future" demonstration event by the Asia Water-Based Gravure Printing Alliance, held in the demonstration area of Hall 1, garnered continuous attention. Supported by gravure printing equipment provided by Yuncheng Plate Making, the event featured dedicated morning and afternoon sessions organized in collaboration with Hangzhou Xin Baiyou and Jiangxi Xin Feng, showcasing full-color water-based ink demonstrations. The process—from ink formulation to final output—was comprehensively displayed.

Attendees had the opportunity to closely observe the printing effects of water-based inks on various substrates, engaging with technical specialists on key performance metrics such as color reproduction, drying speed, and adhesion. This hands-on experience allowed visitors to visually validate the practical application value of water-based ink technology, making the session a highlighted segment of the exhibition that effectively integrated theory with practice.

Serving as a key supporting service of the exhibition, the Ink Knowledge Corridor provided continuous professional information to participants throughout the event. Its content, meticulously aligned with the exhibition's framework, covered five core sections to systematically present water-based inks, UV inks, electronic inks, anti-counterfeiting inks, and other key categories. A dedicated "Exhibitor Recommendations" segment was also incorporated to enhance visibility and exposure for participating companies.

Ⅳ.Future Outlook Driving Innovation, Building Momentum for New Beginnings

The successful conclusion of this exhibition underscores the printing ink industry's pressing need for green innovation and efficient collaboration. Moving forward, the event will continue to refine its content and services, focusing on core industry challenges and emerging trends. By enhancing the precision of technical exchanges and business matchmaking, it will provide a more robust platform to support the high-quality development of the global ink industry.

The conclusion of this event marks not an end, but a new starting point for industry collaboration. The 2025 Asia Ink Expo has established an effective communication bridge for the sector. We look forward to reuniting with global industry peers in Guangzhou in 2026 to explore new opportunities for green innovation in the ink industry and jointly chart a new course for sustainable development.
