Green Changxing Co., Ltd. specializes in the production and sale of water-based varnishes, UV varnishes, UV coatings for furniture films, UV varnishes for screen printing, and UV inks. The company entered the paper and packaging industry in 1999 and established Beijing Green Changxing Technology Co., Ltd. in August 2001. The company has been dedicated to the varnish industry for 26 years.
The company's production base is located in Xinxing County, Yunfu City, Guangdong Province, and is dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for surface treatment of printed materials to printing and packaging companies. The factory has passed environmental impact assessments and certification by the environmental protection authorities. Its products have been registered with the local quality supervision bureau and have passed third-party testing and ROHS certification from SGS. The company has also obtained ISO9001 certification for its quality management system, ISO14001 for its green environment system, and ISO45001 for its employee health system. To further its development, the company purchased a 4,800-square-meter factory in the Daily Chemical Park, Beiyuan District, Xinxing County, Yunfu City, Guangdong Province, in 2021 to establish Guangdong Lvcheng Chemical Materials Co., Ltd. The new facility invested 5.6 million yuan to install automated coating production equipment in the new production workshop, implementing Industrial Coatings 4.0 production and management practices. Upon commencement of production in January 2023, the company will have a monthly production capacity of 1,000 tons.
