Guangdong Baihe New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established on July 28, 2008. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and production of water-based and environmentally friendly coating new materials. The R&D team is led by PhDs from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and postdoctoral researchers from the United States. Over the past 15 years, they have continuously innovated and developed high-tech products such as water-based composite adhesives, ink resins, intaglio ink, and water-based matte coatings, and have obtained 5 invention patents. They have also received 15 utility model patent authorizations. They can provide mature ink and water-based composite adhesives products and reliable application solutions for customers in the plastic soft packaging industry. They can also provide high-performance water-based resins and technical solutions for industrialization application promotion to water-based paint manufacturers in the plastic intaglio ink, coating plastic or metal application fields.

Currently, Baihe New Materials has three production bases, with an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons for various water-based material products (ink, water-based adhesives and resin emulsions). They can simultaneously meet the product demands of hundreds of customers.

Baihe Water-Based Composite Adhesive 2118 aims to completely replace solvent-based dry composite adhesives. Combined with special curing agents, it can adapt to all commonly used composite material structures. It has high composite strength, is environmentally safe and emission-free, can eliminate VOC at the source, and can reduce composite costs.
Baihe Intaglio Plastic Ink is produced using self-developed water-based resins. It has good adhesion on various substrates, and after printing, it has full color and high brightness, is suitable for various composite processes (solvent-free, solvent-based dry composite, water-based adhesives), and has high peel strength after bonding, which can reduce costs.
Baihe Water-Based Resin Emulsion is a connecting material specially customized for intaglio plastic ink. It is a nanometer-level polymer, has good encapsulation of pigments, good printing color stability, good adhesion to various substrates, has high cost performance, and is an ideal choice for making intaglio ink. Baihe Water-Based Resin can also be applied to the manufacturing of water-based paints for coating PP plastics, metals or glass surfaces.
